Miss Chef® smoked tea apple and raisin crumble

Ingrédients

  • 6 Miss Chef® apple
  • 200 g raisins
  • 10 g chinese smoked tea
  • 10 g softened butter
  • 20 g brown sugar

Crumble

  • 100 g flour
  • 100 g round almonds
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g softened butter

Préparation

Apples

  1. Soak the raisins in the hot tea for 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Wash, peel and core the apples. Cut them into large dice shapes and caramelise in a frying pan with the butter and the sugar.
  3. Lay the apples and the raisins in a buttered pie dish.

The crumble

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, ground almonds, sugar and salt. Add the butter in small pieces.
  2. Incorporate with your fingertips until you obtain a sand like mixture.
  3. Sprinkle over the fruit and place in the oven on the middle shelf at 180 °C for 30 minutes
